I am an Alberta born artist, currently living in Calgary.

Growing up in a family where art was one of our main past times, drawing and sketching were what my brothers and I did when other kids were watching cartoons.

My dad is a sculptor and woodcarver, so I watched him study movement and light and picked up some of his findings.

In high school I picked up a paintbrush for the first time, and fell in love with acrylic painting.

Through-out changes and chaos of life, I always come back to my art.  Abstract landscapes based on travels are my favorite for original works, but I have also done portraits, pure abstracts and realistic landscapes for commission.

I love painting, and believe that putting paint on canvas is cathartic even for newbie artists. I am very excited to work with you in this relaxed setting to create a piece you can proudly display in your home, or just experience the joys of painting.
